"Switched agents because of lack of communication and somewhat seems like a general lack of concern about totaling my car. Day and night here for sure with Adam’s team. They’re on it . And I would suspect that I’d get a phone call, not an email checking in on me when the claim hit their portal. This is amazing. Top shelf agent that doesn’t play."

"As a follow-up to my previous post, I still have not received the refund check nor have I been able to get in touch with Adam. I specifically said that the check needed to be sent to my new address and the office should communicate with me via email. They sent the check to the wrong address, and they have been trying to call rather than email to contact me. I tried calling today, and I was informed by staff that they were too busy and understaffed to take my call today. This office is a complete joke. If I could leave negative stars on google I would do so. I will never have another insurance policy through State Farm because of this experience."

"My homeowner insurance policy was canceled, and Darby’s office never let me know that this was the case. I only discovered this when I called to cancel my policy, and I was informed that the policy had been canceled 9 months prior. To make the situation even worse, I have still not received the reimbursement check (I paid for the insurance for a year in advance) even though I have made multiple inquiries."
