"Our family had a poor experience with this office (mia was our contact). They failed to communicate properly with our mortgage lender about our insurance coverage (sending the wrong dates on documents and apparently sending documents to the wrong place for a time as well), although we followed up many times. This eventually resulted in almost 3,000 dollars being taken out of our escrow account to cover insurance that we had already prepaid state farm for. Mia told us multiple times that we were all set, but we were not. Our most recent communication from her told us that the money would be reimbursed by our lender in 24-48 hours. It's been over a week and we still don't have our money back, but we have given up working with this office on the issue."
